Our Team

Mash Braimah - Founder & Principal

As Founder & Principal, Mash brings more than 15 years of experience advising corporate, institutional, and government clients on real estate strategy, transactions, and portfolio management across diverse markets.

His background includes senior roles with Cushman & Wakefield and Public Properties, along with earlier experience at a global real estate investment trust (REIT) and IBM. 


Throughout his career, Mash has led complex leasing and acquisition transactions, advised corporate and institutional owners and occupiers, and managed diverse real estate portfolios nationwide.  He leads each engagement through a principal-led, hands-on approach, supported by a trusted network of strategic partners and subject-matter experts—delivering tailored solutions, strategic insight, and seamless execution from strategy through delivery.


He holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Morgan State University. 




Carl Brown – Senior Advisor

As Senior Advisor, Carl brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across federal, commercial, and public-sector real estate programs.  A retired senior federal real estate executive, he oversaw complex leasing and acquisition initiatives across the Western U.S., leading teams supporting mission-critical, operational, and business-driven real estate needs. His experience also includes partnering with private-sector owners, developers, and service providers on large-scale real estate solutions. 

Carl brings a collaborative leadership style, deep market insight, and a strong commitment to talent development—along with extensive experience in strategic problem-solving, innovation, and cross-sector program delivery. 

He holds an MBA and a B.S. from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
