Our Team

Mash BraimahFounder & Managing Principal

Mash brings more than 15 years of experience leading real estate strategy, advisory services, and portfolio management across federal, commercial, and public-sector markets. His background includes senior roles with Cushman & Wakefield and Public Properties, along with earlier experience at a global REIT and IBM. He has led complex federal leasing programs, advised corporate and institutional owners, and managed diverse portfolios for public and private clients nationwide.


He leads each engagement with a strategic, hands-on approach, supported by a trusted network of strategic partners and subject-matter experts to ensure the right expertise, tailored solutions, and seamless delivery.


He holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Morgan State University.

Carl BrownSenior Advisor 

As a retired senior federal real estate executive, Carl brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across federal, commercial, and public-sector real estate programs.  During his tenure with GSA’s Public Buildings Service, he oversaw complex leasing and acquisition initiatives across the Western U.S. and led teams supporting high-profile agency and portfolio requirements.  His experience also extends to partnering with private-sector owners, developers, and service providers on large-scale real estate solutions.


Known for his collaborative leadership style, market insight, and commitment to developing talent, Carl brings deep expertise in coaching, innovation, and cross-sector program delivery. 


He holds an MBA and a B.S. from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
